about the Dickinson style:
After attending the Parsons School of Design, John Dickinson moved to San Francisco in 1956 and launched his interior design firm which included furniture design. Although a very accomplished interior designer, he is primarily known for bringing artfulness to mid century spaces by creating pieces that were both sculpture and furniture.
