Biedermeier Style Round Extending Dining Table and Chairs
This attractive dining table and set of eight chairs is a late 20th century reproduction of the Biedermeier style made in Italy for Bloomingdales. Made of cherry with poplar wood veneers, the table and chairs both feature distinctive black accents, consistent with Biedermeier pieces. Measuring 51” diameter, this table can expand to 153 inches, when all three leaves are used. (Note: in the photo, two leaves are shown in the table). The table has some signs of wear as shown in photos. (a flaw on the top that is somewhat camouflaged by the burl pattern, a scratch and some marks near the base which would be hard to see with chairs around it).
Comes with a pair of host chairs and six side chairs.
Table: 51” w x 51” d x 30” ( 25.5” to apron). Expands to 153” x 51” with all leaves.
